After 10 years of an uneventful married life, Sujata returns home to where her sister Swati has lived alone since their father passed away. Swati is hostile towards Sujata due to some old grudges and her lifestyle adds to Sujata’s frustration. Swati brings home her boyfriend although they aren’t married, and Sujata feels uncomfortable to see him have breakfast in her house. Life for the two sisters with completely different worldviews is highly charged with continuously escalating conflict. describes the slowly changing Indian society through the generational difference of the sisters. Such change occurs with small things in our daily life, not with the grand agenda of society. Now, the first thing to do is to mend differences within the family.
