Two over-the-hill actresses who both were married to the same guy at one time share a small Parisian apartment. High living prices in Paris add to their difficulties. Sonia Saviange and Hélène Surgère perfectly play the hopeless yet child-like characters who are like the remnants of a defeated troop. Director Pier Paolo Pasolini highly praised ///Women Women/// and asked the two actresses to play a scene in his film, ///the 120 Days of Sodom///.
